Bicycle parking is not available.
The area where Kyoto Art Center is located is home to many of the Yamahoko floats of the Gion Festival, and many of them line the streets during the festival.
On July 15 and 16, the street will be very crowded with food stalls, and it is very dangerous to ride bicycles and motorcycles on Muromachi-dori.
