Purpose
Kyoto A.I.R. Alliance is a network that connects institutions, organizations and people supporting artists' creation and mobility. At the festival we introduce various activities of artist-in-residence in Kyoto and other regions of Japan as well as attempt to create artist-in-residence programs by making use of our networks.
