Traditional Theater Training 2014 invites applicants !!

Traditional Theater Training(T.T.T.) invites for artists, students, or researchers seeking Japanese traditional performing art’ s skills and spirit.

Nationality, gender, and age are unimportant. You will be able to fill your curiosity about Japanese traditional performing arts by experiencing their rich skills and spirit through intensive, daily practice.

Requirements
Students, performers, teachers, and
Japanologist of all ages, genders, and nationalities.

Available Spaces:
approximately 24 persons〈8 per class〉

Tuition:
General 70,000 yen Students 50,000 yen
※Veterans of previous T.T.T. will receive a discount.
(Tuition : General 50,000yen Students 40,000yen)
※Selected artist scholarships are also available.

Application Period:
1st February-30th June

※Early-bird discount!
Those completing applications by April 15th will
receive an additional 5,000yen discount.
※Participants will need fans and tabi(split-toed socks)
for daily practice.We will advise you how and where to
purchase them.(these should cost less than 10,000yen)

Kyoto Art Center can fix up The PalaceSide Hotel.

Single Room approximately 5000yen/a day
