Exhibition by 2 Japanese emerging artists, Takahiro IWASAKI and Tsuyoshi HISAKADO
Kyoto Art Center holds an exhibition for all generations, from
children to elders, to enjoy during the summer vacation season. The exhibition presents, under the theme of “an imaginative playground for the senses”, both new works and works from the past by 2 Japanese prominent artists, Takahiro Iwasaki and Tsuyoshi Hisakado. They create artworks by use of ordinary things and phenomena like lights, sounds and movements surrounding us in our daily life. Their works would stimulate our different senses that human beings keep by nature, and show how the visual art could have an effect on a variety of senses as well as the sense of sight.
