Ann Lislegaard, PARASOPHIA 2015 Artist Will Exhibit her New Work in Kyoto

Ann Lislegaard, Norwegian artist spotlighted at PARASOPHIA, Kyoto International Festival of Contemporary Culture 2015 with her installation work of 3D animations, will hold a solo exhibition in Kyoto. Her works, inspired by SF novels, construct a new world by lighting up complex matters such as languages, narratives, or sexuality, making full use of animation videos in which unrealistic landscapes and apparently humorous animals are revealed. In this occasion, Lislegaard will stay for her new work in Kyoto from October, while her previous works 《Time Machine》(2011) and 《Crystal World (after J.G.Ballard)》will be exhibited for the first time in Japan.
